Those in power are scared so degrade and discredit a movement whos time has come which is part of that fear. They don't want to lose control and they certainly don't want to share any of the excessive wealth they have stolen from the monetary system for doing jobs that are of no value to their country. How can a child slave who picks coffee get nothing and a trader on Wall Street makes $3,000 trading coffee in a matter of minutes - it is sick and wrong. The head of Fonterra just got an $8 million golden handshake - come on this is obscene, paying someone that much money when they quit. To all those who support Occupy, just remember this movement started an awakening that is gaining momentum. From when I started protesting a year ago, things have really changed, rich suits don't give me shit anymore, now nice people in suits come up and tell me they support my chalking and protests. Kia Kaha all people fighting against discrimination, inequality and abuses of power. (Be strong)

When I lived in Tulsa the KKK still marched there annually, much to the chagrin of local newscasters who had to say something about it. I'm proud that Tulsa has been part of Occupy and wish the protestors going to trial the best. It is a very regressive city politically, the major newspaper has been under the same ownership since the 20s when it printed a special edition mid-afternoon one day to incite a race riot, with great success.
